Type A Audio is defined as:
Any well-recorded source with either one person talking or interviewing a single (1) subject.
Type B Audio is defined as:
o Any interviews with one interviewer and two (2) interviewees.
o Script verbatim - uhms, ahs, etc.
o ESL (English as a second language)
Type C Audio is defined as:
o Any audio source that has multiple speakers (3+) to include focus groups, conference calls, seminars, etc.
o Medical, legal and technology-based platforms that are not commonly used in everyday conversation.
o Any poorly recorded or static-ridden audio, audio with excessive background noise, garbled or barely audible voices.
Format must be recorded digitally or provided on CD or DVD. There will be an additional fee for transferring audio tapes to digital format for transcription purposes. Anything sent on CD or DVD can only be guaranteed with a turn-around time from the time the physical material reaches our offices. Please Contact Us if you are planning on sending physical media.
